MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute the Agreement with Sunshine Cleaning Systems, LLC DBA Pritchard Industries, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, following the final, nonappealable disposition of the circuit court action filed by Triangle Service, Inc. (Case No. CACE26014200), provided that execution of the Agreement is consistent with the final disposition of the circuit court action.
