Whether it involves a Broward resident who is getting the “runaround” or not getting the service they deserve, or a County vendor who believes they are being mistreated, an Ombudsman will provide a “lifeline” for any person having a problem on a County matter. The Ombudsman can provide a monthly report to the Commissioners, as well as to the County Administrator and her staff.
