MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution supporting the receipt of $687,085 in State-appropriated funding from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (“FDEP”) for the modernization of certain infrastructure at the Markham Park Target Range; authorizing the County Administrator to execute the resulting grant agreement with FDEP, any amendments to the grant agreement that do not impose additional financial obligations on the County, and any certifications and other documents required by FDEP in connection with the grant, all subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office; and authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement and administer the grant.
