MOTION TO DIRECT County Attorney’s Office to draft agreements for the donation of County Commission District 8 excess budgeted office account funds for Fiscal Year 2026 to (i) Zeta Chi 1954 Education and Foundation, Inc., in an amount of up to $33,000, to fund its community service programs; and (ii) the Florida Emergency Management Association Inc., in the amount of $100, to fund disaster relief programs for the elderly, homeless, or impoverished; and to authorize the County Administrator to execute the agreements, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
