THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

A request has been filed to amend Traffic Concurrency Agreement for Construction of Improvements in connection with the Miramar Park Commerce Phase VI (035-MP-07) plat recorded in Book 180, Page 43, of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida (Exhibit 4), related to the development requirements to satisfy concurrency requirements for impact areas. The Original Agreement was recorded in Book 33864 Page 1468 of the Official Records (Exhibit 2).

This plat is located on 140.96 acres on the east side of Hiatus Road and Red Road, between Miramar Boulevard and Miramar Parkway, in the City of Miramar.
