THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Housing and Urban Planning Division has received a request to vacate and annul a 25-foot-wide thoroughfare, a 20-foot-wide drainage easement, and a 12-foot-wide utility easement, all lying within Tract D of Pleasant Acres plat, as recorded in Plat Book 131, Page 48 of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, generally located on the east side of Southwest 111 Terrace, between Southwest 48 Street and Southwest 51 Street in the Town of Davie. Vacating these easements will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
The Town of Davie adopted Resolution No. 2022-023 on November 16, 2022, granting approval of this vacation.
