THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Urban Planning Division has received a request to release a 12-foot-wide utility easement as recorded in Book 13068, Page 468, of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, and generally located on the east side of Northeast 17 Avenue between Northeast 32 Court and Northeast 32 Place, in the City of Pompano Beach, Florida. Vacating this easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
Review of this application by the applicable reviewing agencies indicates that there is no objection to the vacation of the subject easement.
