THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Urban Planning Division has received a request to vacate and annul a 15-foot-wide drainage easement and a ten-foot-wide perimeter utility easement lying within Parcel "A" of Sunrise Ice Chalet Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 97, Page 21 of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, generally located on the south side of West Oakland Park Boulevard between Pine Island Road/Northwest 88 Avenue and Northwest 91 Avenue in the City of Sunrise. Vacating these easements will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
The City of Sunrise adopted Resolution No. 25-28 on February 25, 2025, granting approval of this vacation.
