The School Board of Broward County, Florida (School Board) is renewing its surface Water Use Permit from the South Florida Management District (SFWMD), for its irrigation system at Flanagan High School which is adjacent to CB Smith Park. The School Board utilizes the water from the CB Smith Park canal adjacent to Flanagan High School's water pump system solely for irrigation purposes.
