MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator or County Administrator's written designee to execute amendments and any other required documentation for the Memorandum of Understanding between Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services ("FDACS") and Broward County for mosquito control operations (the "MOU"), subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, provided that such documents do not impose any additional financial obligation on the County; and to authorize the County Administrator or County Administrator's written designee to take any necessary administrative actions to implement same.
