A. MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution providing funding for certain services, the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION AND DISBURSEMENT OF FISCAL YEAR 2027 FUNDS IN THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $101,000 TO SPECIFIED SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF ECONOMIC STABILITY SERVICES TO ELIGIBLE BROWARD COUNTY RESIDENTS; AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE NEW AGREEMENTS WITH CERTAIN SERVICE PROVIDERS; AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUDGETARY ACTIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE AGREEMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
B. MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Agreement No. 24-FSAD-8307-1 between Broward County and Arc Broward, Inc., for the provision of financial stability services, extending the term of the Agreement by adding an additional one-year option period, effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and allocating $50,000 in funding to the additional option period; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.
C. MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Agreement No. 24-FSAD-8250-1 between Broward County and Hispanic Unity of Florida, Inc., for the provision of financial stability services, extending the term of the Agreement by adding an additional one-year option period, effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and allocating $125,000, in funding to the additional option period; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.
