Summary Explanation/Background

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING AND REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISIONS RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will accept a road easement from Estates of Alpine Woods Association, Inc., on a portion of real property located at the east side of South Pine Island Road and Bridle Path Court in Davie, Florida (Exhibit 3). The executed road easement (Exhibit 2) is required provide a public road and to facilitate future roadway enhancements.

 

The Resolution and Road Easement have been reviewed and approved as to form and legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
