MOTION TO APPROVE Fourth Amendment to the Public Transportation Grant Agreement between Broward County and the State of Florida Department of Transportation for Financial Project No. 444844-1-94-01 for additional funding in the amount of $9,462,058, increasing the total project cost of the Automated People Mover Circulator project at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport to $212,713,094 and increasing the grant funding total maximum contribution to $106,356,547; authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Fourth Amendment; and authorizing the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Fourth Amendment, and authorize the County Administrator to approve any future amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
