Through negotiations with the Claimant, a settlement was reached in the total amount of $147,600. This amount is broken down as follows: (1) The Claimant will receive $110,375 plus $100 for a General Release and Resignation Agreement; and (2) The Claimant’s attorney will receive $36,875 for fees and $250 for costs.
