B. MOTION TO APPROVE Bill of Sale transferring ownership of the water distribution system cited in Motion A above, installed by the County to service Tradewinds Park, to the City of Coconut Creek. (Commission District 2)

Why Action is Necessary
Motion A: Board of County Commissioners' approval is required to grant an interest in real property.
Motion B: Board of County Commissioners' approval is required to execute a Bill of Sale.
What Action Accomplishes
Motion A: Provides the City of Coconut Creek with a utility easement to install, construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace and/or reconstruct a water distribution system which services Tradewinds Park.
Motion B: Transfers ownership of a water distribution system, installed by the County to service Tradewinds Park, to the City of Coconut Creek.
