Title: MOTION TO APPROVE Right-of-Way Consent Agreement between Broward County and Florida Power & Light Company ("FPL") to allow Broward County to use FPL's easement to access Broward County-owned property located on Southwest 24 Street in Broadview Park within the Broward Municipal Services District for the construction and installation of a biodetention area, and to authorize the County Administrator or written designee to approve and execute the amendments and any other required documentation for the Right-of-Way Consent Agreement, provided that none impose any additional costs upon the County, subject to review and approval of same for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office; and to authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the same.
