Summary Explanation/Background
THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Resolution (Exhibit 1) will accept a Warranty Deed from Dajani Family Holding, LLC, conveying a rectangular-shaped parcel of land located along the south side of Northwest 19 Street west of Northwest 15 Avenue. Northwest 19 Street is a County road in the City of Fort Lauderdale (refer to Exhibit 2 for the Location Map). The executed Warranty Deed (Exhibit 3) is required by the Broward County Trafficways Plan in order to facilitate future roadway enhancements.
