Title: MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution making certain findings regarding a County-owned parcel of real property commonly referred to as the “Alpha 250 Property,” consisting of approximately 22 acres of vacant and undeveloped land located at Blount Road, north of West Copans Road, in the City of Pompano Beach, Florida (“Property”); determining that the Property is no longer needed for County purposes and that disposition of the Property is in the best interest of the County; and authorizing the Real Property and Real Estate Development Division to commence and manage the sale process for the Property pursuant to the applicable settlement agreement and applicable law.
