MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator or her written designee to execute and submit a Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (FCTD) Trip & Equipment Grant Application for State of Florida Fiscal Year 2027 (Grant Application), which includes a 10% local match from Broward County of any grant funds awarded; authorizing the County Administrator or her written designee to provide the FCTD any additional required information associated with or needed to process the application; authorizing the County Administrator or her written designee to approve and execute the FCTD grant agreement if approved a grant agreement if the Grant Application is approved, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office; and authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to administer the grant, if awarded.
