THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 10,000 square feet of industrial use on approximately 0.69 acres located on both sides of Andrews Avenue/Northwest 15 Avenue, between Martin Luther King Boulevard and Northwest 16 Avenue, in the City of Pompano Beach.
The Development Review Report is attached (Exhibit 1).
