Summary Explanation/Background
THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions.
This plat is located on 9.3 acres on the east side of University Drive north of Stirling Road, in the Town of Davie. The plat is currently restricted to 7,000 square feet of bank use. The applicant is requesting to add 6,000 square feet of fast-food restaurant. See attached Staff Report.
