MOTION TO APPROVE grant agreement with Youth Climate Action Fund to receive funding in the amount of $100,000, for the grant period January 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025, and to authorize the County Administrator to execute any amendments to the grant agreement that do not impose any additional financial obligation on County, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the grant and allocate and implement subsequent partial awards. B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution within the Natural Resources Division's Youth Climate Action Fund in the amount of $100,000, for the purpose of supporting youth climate action projects.
