MOTION TO DIRECT County Attorney's Office to draft agreements with the 16 Section 501(c)(3) charitable organizations listed below in the amounts indicated, for a total donated amount of $50,400 in projected excess office account funds for County Commission District 9 ("District 9") for Fiscal Year 2025, to fund the missions of the organizations; and authorize the County Administrator to execute the agreements and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
