The Commission recently modified the procedures for proclamations, including providing that proclamations presented at Commission meetings (“Meeting Proclamations”) generally be presented at 9:30 a.m. unless the Mayor determines circumstances warrant presentation during the regular 10 a.m. Commission meeting. The proposed Resolution, if adopted, provides that Meeting Proclamations would be presented only during regular Commission meetings.
