MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Contract No. JH024-15-2025 between Areawide Council on Aging of Broward County, Inc., and Broward County, effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, to update Attachment I, Section II.C.1.a to require that clients' basic subsidy payments be made exclusively via electronic payments; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute subsequent amendments to the Contract, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Contract as amended.
