Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") approval is required for the execution of this Standard Grant Agreement ("SGA").

Summary Explanation/Background
THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
This action allows BCAD to accept grant funding from FDEP for the Hilton Parcel Interconnection Project ("Project") at FLL.
The Project will provide for the design and construction of a new proposed Stormwater Management System within the abandoned Hilton Parcel, which Broward County ("County") acquired in 2013 and is located west of FLL's South Runway ("South Runway"). The Project will provide flood protection to the South Runway and include the installation of a new stormwater pump station and connector pipe to allow stormwater to flow from the south airfield to the new proposed Stormwater Management System.
