Title: MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Agreements in connection with the Integrated Water Resource Plan Grants awarded to the City of Coconut Creek ($175,000), the City of Oakland Park ($175,000), the City of Pompano Beach ($175,000), and the City of Sunrise ($120,000), respectively, in substantially the form of Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4; to authorize the County Administrator to execute the Interlocal Agreements with any required modifications, provided such modifications do not impose any additional, material financial risk on the County, and subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Interlocal Agreements. (Commission Districts 2, 4, 8 and 9)

Pursuant to Section 163.01, Florida Statutes, Board action is required to approve interlocal agreements between Broward County, municipal governments, and independent districts.

What Action Accomplishes
Approves the Interlocal Agreements and authorizes the County Administrator to execute the Interlocal Agreements and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the same.
