THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Broward County ("County") Public Works and Environmental Services Department requested the assistance of the Real Property and Real Estate Development Division to facilitate the granting of an underground utility easement (the "Easement") to Florida Power & Light Company ("FP&L"). The Easement affects a portion of County-owned property located at 1850-1950 Eisenhower Boulevard in the City of Fort Lauderdale (Folio No. 504214360010).
