Why Action is Necessary
In accordance with Broward County Administrative Code Section 20.31, action by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners is necessary to execute the grant agreement amendment.

What Action Accomplishes
Approval of the FDEP Grant Amendment updates the title of the project and makes administrative updates required by the FDEP to Attachments 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, and Exhibits A and F. In accordance with Florida Statute 908.111, the Amendment adds Exhibit J to the agreement.
