Summary Explanation/Background
THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
This action amends the Agreement of Lease between Tri-Star and County ("Agreement") to extend the term of the Agreement by five (5) years, through November 30, 2030.
On November 10, 2020 (Item No. 80), the Board approved the Agreement to allow Tri-Star to occupy approximately 5,000 square feet of County's air cargo building facility at FLL to conduct its cargo handling services for a term of five (5) years, commencing on December 1, 2020.
