MOTION TO WAIVE competitive selection requirements set forth in Section 32.4.h of the Broward County Administrative Code, pursuant to Section 32.10 of the Broward County Administrative Code, for the proposed Marine Terminal Lease and Operating Agreement with H.T. Shipping, Inc., as lessee, and Hybur Ltd., as guarantor, for a 6.97-acre marine terminal in the Midport area of Port Everglades, finding that good cause exists for such waiver. (This motion only waives the competitive selection requirements. The proposed Marine Terminal Lease and Operating Agreement will be considered through two required public hearings, the first of which is a Public Hearing on today's agenda.)

Pursuant to Section 32.10 of the Broward County Administrative Code ("Administrative Code"), to waive the competitive selection requirements set forth in Section 32.4.h of the Administrative Code, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") must find that good cause exists.
