Various provisions of the Broward County Administrative Code use terminology that may not fully reflect the intent and effect of those provisions or otherwise refer to programs and policies that no longer exist. Such outdated terminology is being revised to more accurately reflect the intent and effect of these provisions and avoid any misperception regarding these provisions.

 

Timely notice has been published in accordance with the applicable requirements to permit the Board’s consideration of the proposed Resolution.
