A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT FEES; AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 40 OF THE BROWARD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ("ADMINISTRATIVE CODE") TO REVISE FEES RELATED TO THE ANIMAL CARE DIVISION AND BUILDING CODE DIVISION; CREATING SECTION 40.37 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TO ESTABLISH A ZONING FEE SCHEDULE WITHIN THE BUILDING CODE DIVISION; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish notice of public hearing to consider adoption of the Resolution Amending the Broward County Administrative Code was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners ("Commission") at its meeting of January 22, 2026.

The proposed Resolution amends various sections of Chapter 40 of the Broward County Administrative Code to revise fees related to the Animal Care Division and the Building Code Division of the Public Works and Environmental Services Department ("PWESD") in order to:
