The Tax Collector assumed office on January 7, 2025 and during Fiscal Year 2025 has nine months of a budget supported by Tax Collector revenues. The Fiscal Year 2025 Modified Budget before this action is approved is $13,367,250. This action is requesting to transfer $2 million from the reserve for government services in the General Fund and appropriated for additional start-up costs in the Tax’s Collector Fiscal Year 2025 budget. The revised Tax Collector budget after approval is $15,367,250.
