B. MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between Broward County and Sitecore USA, Inc., No. PNC2130956A1, for an initial five-year term subject to a not-to-exceed amount of $2,680,000, and up to two three-year terms subject in the aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $3,240,000, for a potential total not-to-exceed amount of $5,920,000; authorize the Director of Purchasing to exercise the renewal terms and to execute any additional or amended orders subject to the foregoing not-to-exceed amounts and review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.

Why Action is Necessary
MOTION A. In accordance with Broward County Procurement Code Section 21.25(a), Sole Source Procurement, nonstandardized Sole Source procurements above the award authority of the Director of Purchasing must be approved by the Board.
MOTION B. In accordance with Broward County Procurement Code Section 21.47(a), Award and Execution Authority, the Board shall make all awards, and authorize the execution of the associated contracts, with a value of more than $500,000, inclusive of the value of any renewals or extensions provided for in the contract.

Motion A. Designates Sitecore USA, Inc. as the sole source to provide Sitecore Digital Experience Platform.
