THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT, AND THE REAL PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On August 14, 2001 (Agenda Item No. 9), the Board of County Commissioners authorized the County Administrator to execute the Contract for Sale and Purchase between Broward County ("County"), and AT&T Enterprises, L.L.C.'s predecessor in interest, Concert Global Networks USA, L.L.C. ("Concert Global Networks") in the amount of $61,000 for the sale of a 25-year term sub-surface fiber optic cable easement ("Original Easement") comprising 9342.4 +/- square feet in the city of Hollywood, Florida located at North Surf Road and Granada Avenue, which is now Cody Street ("Property").
