A. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute the First Amendment to Agreement No. 19-CP-HIP-8470-CG-02 between Broward County and Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Inc. ("BPHI"), subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, adding an additional service to the scope of work retroactive from October 1, 2019; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Amendment.

B. MOTION TO APPROVE waivers of conflict under Section 112.313(7)(a), Florida Statutes, for the following Broward County advisory board members holding an employment or contractual relationship with an entity receiving funds for the performance of arrestee billing under this agenda item:

2. Esposito, Frances
3. Osley, Danny
