Summary Explanation/Background
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.
North Andrews Avenue is a County road located in the City of Fort Lauderdale. BR ArchCo Flagler Village, LLC and the City of Fort Lauderdale desire to install concrete pavers, landscaping and irrigation within County right-of-way along the east side of North Andrews Avenue between NE 5th Street and NE 6th Street (Sistrunk Boulevard). The landscaping improvements shall incorporate a minimum 50% native species by plant types and shall follow the Broward County NatureScape program and Florida-Friendly Landscaping principles.
This agreement will allow BR ArchCo Flagler Village, LLC and the City of Fort Lauderdale to install the improvements within County right-of-way. BR ArchCo Flagler Village, LLC will be obligated to maintain these improvements. In the event that BR ArchCo Fl...
