A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO THE NORTH PERRY AIRPORT COMMUNITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE; AMENDING SECTION 12.36 OF THE BROWARD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ("ADMINISTRATIVE CODE"); AMENDING A CATEGORY OF MEMBERSHIP AND CREATING AN EXCEPTION FOR THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBERS OF SPECIFIED CATEGORIES; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

By action of the Board of County Commissioners on December 10, 2019, the North Perry Airport Community Advisory Committee ("Committee") was created to advise the Broward County Aviation Department about community interests and issues concerning the North Perry Airport ("Airport").
Section 12.36(a)(6) of the Broward County Administrative Code ("Administrative Code") requires a member from the Airport Tenant Advisory Committee for the Committee. The Airport Manager is requesting an amendment because the member should be from the North Perry Airport Community Association.
