THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISON RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 3,500 square feet of commercial on approximately 0.22 acre located on the northside of 2 Street, between 19 Street and Northeast 20 Avenue, in the City of Deerfield Beach. See attached Development Review Report.
