THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE ACCOUNTING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
In accordance with Section 136.06(1), Florida Statutes, checks issued, and electronic payments made by the Board must be recorded in the meeting minutes of the Board. The attached exhibits list the checks and electronic payments made for each month as follows: Exhibit 1 - October 1, 2019 through October 31, 2019; Exhibit 2 - November 1, 2019 through November 30, 2019; and Exhibit 3 - December 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
