A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO REVISE POLICY 2.16.3 REGARDING BONUS DENSITY FORMULAS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Why Action is Necessary
Pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, serving as the local governing body, shall transmit proposed amendments to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan to designated State agencies for review.

This action adopts a Resolution to transmit Broward County Land Use Plan text amendment, PCT 20-3, to designated State review agencies pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended.
