Summary Explanation/Background

THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISON RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.

 

The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 45,000 square feet of industrial use and 20,000 square feet of commercial use on approximately 3.5 acres located on the north side of Martin Luther King Boulevard, between Northeast 24 Avenue and Powerline Road in the Pompano Beach. The Development Review Report is attached as Exhibit 1.
