THE PARKS AND RECREATION DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On December 31, 2015, the Director of Purchasing executed the Renewal and Restatement of Concession Agreement between Broward County and Kempersports All Golf, LLC ("All Golf") for Golf Driving Range and Miniature Golf Facility at C.B. Smith Park ("the Renewal Agreement"). The Renewal Agreement restated and amended the original, February 6, 1996, 20-year concession agreement in its entirety for ease of reference, to update the agreement with County's standard agreement provisions, and to extend the term for five years through February 5, 2021, with two remaining option five-year renewals.
