MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution No. 2020-546 directing the County Administrator to publish notice of Public Hearing to be held Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of the Governmental Center to consider enactment of a proposed Resolution amending the Administrative Code, the title of which is as follows:
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT; AMENDING SECTIONS 2.11, 15.1 - 15.11, 24.1, 24.21, 24.32, AND 24.33 OF THE BROWARD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ("ADMINISTRATIVE CODE") TO UPDATE THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT'S CURRENT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, DIVISIONS, OFFICES, AND TITLES; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Section 3.04(A) of the Broward County Charter requires a public hearing to be held concerning the adoption of proposed amendments to the Broward County Administrative Code.
