PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
SE 3rd Avenue is a County road located in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The District Board of Trustees of Broward College, LO3 Investors, LLC, and the City of Fort Lauderdale desire to improve a portion of the County right-of-way along the west side of SE 3rd Avenue north of East Las Olas Boulevard.
This item seeks Board approval of a Revocable License Agreement (the "Agreement") between Broward County, the District Board of Trustees of Broward College, LO3 Investors, LLC, and the City of Fort Lauderdale for the installation and maintenance of improvements along the west side of SE 3rd Avenue north of East Las Olas Boulevard (Exhibit 1).
