PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
SW 27th Avenue (Riverland Road) is a County road located in the City of Fort Lauderdale. HBH CSU Support Corporation and the City of Fort Lauderdale desire to improve a portion of the County right-of-way along the east side of SW 27th Avenue (Riverland Road) south of SW 2nd Court.
This item seeks Board approval of a Revocable License Agreement (the "Agreement") between Broward County, HBH CSU Support Corporation, and the City of Fort Lauderdale for the installation and maintenance of improvements along the east side of SW 27 Avenue (Riverland Road) south of SW 2nd Court.
