A. MOTION TO RETROACTIVELY APPROVE subgrant agreement between Broward County and the Florida Division of Emergency Management in the amount of $105,806 to support Broward County's emergency management and preparedness program from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021; authorize the County Administrator to execute the Agreement, addenda, any amendments or revisions to the approved contracts subject to review and approval by the Office of the County Attorney; and to take the necessary administrative and budgetary actions for the implementation of the grant award.

VOTE: 9-0. Commissioner Rich voted in the affirmative telephonically.
B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution No. 2020-645 in the amount of $105,806 within the Emergency Management Grant Fund for the purpose of supporting Broward County's emergency management functions.
