THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a portion of a 50-foot right-of-way, known as Harding Street, lying within Hollywood Acres, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 1 of the Public Records of Broward County and is located at 1841 North State Road 7 in the City of Hollywood. Vacating this right-of-way will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owners.
