THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a 70-foot private access easement lying within Parcel A of Port Everglades Plat No. 12, as recorded in Plat Book 153, Page 31 of the Public Records of Broward County and is located at 3500 Southeast 18 Avenue in the City of Hollywood. Vacating this easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to Broward County (as the property owner).
